Vinte develops sustainable homes through a comprehensive business model that promotes community life, grounded on a vision of environmental protection that encourages the efficient use of natural resources. Vinte has received several awards acknowledging the strength of the Company’s business model including eight national housing awards, two regional awards, including the Urban Development and Housing Award of the state of Quintana Roo, and four international awards, including the G20 Challenge on Inclusive Innovation as well as a nomination for Sustainable Investment of the Year by the Financial Times and International Finance Corporation (IFC) in 2012.

December 2021Vinte won the 2019-2020 National Housing Award, in the “Sustainable Housing Development” category for the ‘Casa Cero Gas’ project, in the ‘Real Granada’ development, located in Tecámac, State of Mexico.
December 2020On December 14th, 2020, Vinte subscribed 14,364,694 common shares at a price of $27.70 per share. Vinte's variable capital stock increased by $397,902,023.80 from the subscription of shares, which were acquired as approved by the Meeting and Board, by the Danish Sustainable Development Goals Investment Fund, managed by the Investment Fund for Developing Countries ("IFU"), an independently managed fund owned by the Danish government with a focus on sustainable impact through companies that help to achieve the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
November 2020On November 11, 2020, Vinte successfully completed its tenth bond issuance for $400 million pesos. The issuance consisted of the first Sustainable Bond aligned with the SDG Impact standards of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP): VINTE 20X SDG, for a total amount of $400 million pesos, with a 7-year maturity and a floating rate of TIIE 28 + 250 basis points.
October 2020Vinte was recognized by the P4G with its highest award: the P4G State of the Art Partnership award for SDG 11. This recognition is focused on Vinte’s housing initiative driven by CONAVI, INFONAVIT, and ALENER.
August 2019Vinte was recognized by Fortune on August 19th as one of the 52 companies worldwide (incorporated in 18 countries) that are changing the world through social impact during 2019. Fortune has published its “Change the World” list for 5 consecutive years, and Vinte is the third Mexican company ever, and the only Mexican company on this year's list to be recognized, as well as the only company in the housing sector in the world to be included in the list.
June 2019On June 18th, 2019, Vinte carried out a subscription of common shares for a total amount of $350,000,025.60 pesos, with 578,764 new shares subscribed by existing shareholders. The 12,288,884 remaining shares were subscribed, as approved by Vinte's Meeting and Board of Directors, by the French Development Finance Institution "Proparco", a subsidiary of the French Development Agency (AFD).
June 2019On June 10th, 2019, Vinte successfully carried out its eighth and ninth bond issuances for $700 million pesos. The Public Offering took place on June 5th, World Environment Day, and consisted of two Sustainable Bonds: the first, VINTE 19X, for $293 million Pesos, with a maturity of 3.7 years and a floating rate of TIIE 28 + 228 basis points; and the second, VINTE 19-2X, for $407 million Pesos, with a 7-year maturity and at a fixed rate of 10.0% per year.
August 2018On August 31, 2018, Vinte carried out its seventh issuance of $800 million pesos of stock certificates, registering an oversubscription of 1.50x. This issuance was the Latin American housing sector’s first sustainable bond. The ticker symbol is VINTE 18X with a 7-year maturity, at a fixed rate of 9.83%. Its credit rating is AA+ in local scale by HR Ratings and Verum. The issuance was driven by institutional investors, including ‘AFOREs’, development banks, insurance companies, debt funds, and private banks, showing a growing commitment to responsible investment.
June 2017Vinte successfully completed the placement of $500 million pesos in long-term debt on the Mexican Stock Exchange through two issuances of stock certificates with maturities of 5 and 10 years.
September 2016The Company successfully carried out a mixed initial public offering of shares on the Mexican Stock Exchange on September 28th for a total of $1,220,000,010.88 pesos, 58% of which corresponded to a primary public offering including the over-allotment option and 42% to a secondary offering.
December 2014Signed a Joint Venture agreement with OHL Desarrollos for the development of approximately 3,600 housing units over five years at the project Ciudad Mayakoba in Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo.
March 2014Vinte won the 2013 National Housing Award in the Sustainable Housing Development category for the Urban Development ‘Real Solare’, and in the Social Interest Housing category for the ‘Real Verona’ Development.
