Corporate Governance Policies
The Corporate Governance Policies of Vinte, together with the Company’s By-laws, lay down the organization, operation, and duties of the Board of Directors and its members, also establishing the general principles to be observed in their interactions with shareholders and other stakeholders.
Within this framework, Vinte incorporates the Best Corporate Practices Code, established by the Consejo Coordinador Empresarial (Mexican Entrepreneurial Council), which contains recommendations to constitute a good model of Corporate Governance for the organization and operation of companies listed on the Bolsa Mexicana de Valores (Mexican Stock Exchange).
